Forms and Paperwork
Please complete and bring in the following forms on your child's first visit.
All other documents will be given to you when you arrive dependent upon class type.
Info must be completed on this form, not a copy of vaccine dates.
Admission Process
Early registration is strongly advised, as classes may fill quickly. All children are enrolled before attending. During the enrollment period, or when an opening becomes available, we will look at the existing class and fill any openings. Currently enrolled children will have to be re-enrolled every school year. When filling spaces, PA will give first priority to currently enrolled children and their siblings.

Build your child's schedule. Options include:
Half Day 9a-12p + Lunch Bunch 12-1p + Extended Day 8-9a
Full Day 9a-4p {Early PreS}/{PreS, PreK, KG} + Extended Day 4-6p
